Facilities at Hatfield Woodhouse Village Hall

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Main Hall

Capacity: 150 people
Pricing: £9.50-£21.00 per hour

The Main hall is 9 meters wide by 16 meters long. It is suitable for a wide variety of uses, including private functions, parties, clubs, fitness groups, social gatherings, bring and buy sales, children's parties, and fundraising events. The hall has 2 service hatches which leads to the kitchen and the coffee lounge. There is space and height available for a bouncy castle.

There is a stage which contains a raised platform and a full sound and lighting set up for shows For performances there is also raised seating available which can accommodate 50 people.

The Hall can provide 150 chairs, and 20 rectangular tables, each of which can seat 8.

There are Adult tables available for all rooms

The audio system is only available for shows and rehearsals or on discussion with the hall itself . It is not available for parties or other bookings

If you would like to use a bouncy castle it is an additional cost. You will need to provided a copy of you insurance prior the event

Pricing: £9.50-£21.00 per hour

The Meeting Room 1 is 6 meters wide by 7.2 meters long. And Is suitable for meetings, and events that have an attendance of no more than 30 people. The Meeting Room can provide 30 chairs and 4 tables. (Additional chairs can be borrowed from the Main Hall).

There is a small kitchenette which contains a tap and an instant hot water. There is a first aid box available.

The Meeting Room 2 is 8.7 meters wide by 6.4 meters long. And Is suitable for meetings, and events that have an attendance of no more than 50 people. The Meeting Room can provide 50 chairs and 6 tables. (Additional chairs can be borrowed from the Main Hall).

There is a small kitchen just off of this room which contains a sink, a microwave, kettle and fridge and an instant hot water boiler. This kitchen in included in the hire of this room.

The Coffee lounge is 7.5 meters wide by 7.1 meters long. And Is suitable for meetings, and events that have an attendance of no more than 30 people. The Meeting Room can provide 27 chairs and 10 small tables. (Additional chairs can be borrowed from the Main Hall).

There is a small kitchen bar which contains a tap and an instant hot water boiler. There is a first aid box available. There is a serving hatch from this room into the main hall and into the kitchen

The whole building is available to hire. This includes all the rooms, kitchen at the exclusive use of 2 changing rooms. In addition you are able to use the lighting and sound system (please note you have to provided your own technician)
